چکیده

ABSTRACT The response capacity of the bean to fix atmospheric nitrogen is questionable, mainly due its inability supply all in flowering and grain filling phases when crop needs it most. Thus, a new application inoculant can keep population rhizobia soil at adequate levels, meeting demands plant. This study aimed investigate nodulation production beans submitted doses reinoculation Rhizobium topdressing under field conditions two growth stages. For this, an experiment was conducted using randomized block design with four replicates 4 × 2 + factorial scheme. treatments consisted liquid containing tropici (SEMIA 4088), concentration 109 CFU g-1, (0, 100, 200 400 mL ha-1), development stages (V4 R5) plants, additional (inoculation via seed dose 100 g product per 50 kg seeds mineral fertilization 16 ha-1 applied sowing 60 topdressing, divided into stages, half being stage V3 other V4 stage). The increased rates cultivar BRS Cometa dry biomass produced by 232 221 ha-1, respectively. 257mL stage, inoculation provide greater common yield without supplementing nitrogen.

Changes in the Common Bean Transcriptome in Response to Secreted and Surface Signal Molecules of Rhizobium etli.

Establishment of nitrogen-fixing symbiosis requires the recognition of rhizobial molecules to initiate the development of nodules. Using transcriptional profiling of roots inoculated with mutant strains defective in the synthesis of Nod Factor (NF), exopolysaccharide (EPS), or lipopolysaccharide (LPS), we identified 2,606 genes from common bean (Phaseolus vulgaris) that are differentially regul...

the effect of rhizobium leguminosarum bv. phaseoli on uptake and tolerance to arsenic in common bean

abstract arsenic (as) contamination of soils is a global problem. legumes are often used in remediation of contaminated sites because of their capacity to fix nitrogen. in the present study, the effects of inoculation of bean (by rhizobium leguminosarum bv. phaseoli) on plant uptake and tolerance to arsenic were investigated. an experiment with a factorial arrangement, two levels of inoculation...
